A wax cleaner that you would use on your car can make the acrylic system easier to clean when used once a month or so.
Scratches can be removed with mild buffing compounds that would also be used to remove scratches in automobiles.
Scotchbrite makes a scrubbing pad in a blue color and clearly marked no-scratch that works when you may not have cleaned for awhile and have soap scum build up. You will find these at most supermarkets.
Soft scrub can also be used on occasion to remove stubborn soap-scum.

Cleaning Tips

Cleaning is very simple! Lightly spray your acrylic systems with an ordinary, non-abrasive mild cleanser (such as non-ammonia Windex, Scrub Free, or Kaboom) and wipe off with a sponge. Many other cleaners will work as well, but read the back and see if they are rated for acrylic. You may contact us if you have any questions about cleaning.
